The Niobrara Council will hold a public meeting the third Thursday of every month (insert date from list below), at the Peppermill, 502 E. Hwy 20, Valentine, Nebraska, at 1:00 p.m. The agenda is available for public inspection at the Niobrara Council, 202 North Main Street, Suite #1, Valentine, Nebraska, during normal business hours.
